The Class Newspaper
This week my reading group and I were reading a story called The Class Newspaper. We were learning to reflect on the text. Meaning that we need to think about the story and the characters. We answered the following questions and post to our blog. The story is about a boy named Tama and his uncle and two older cousins pulling a net out of the sea so they can catch some kahawai. When he went to school on Monday his teacher Ms Smeeton announced that they will be working on making a class newspaper. But Tama didn't have any events to share. In the following days he had news that he could put in the school newspaper.
